Signature of agreement between the UniTheatre and the Alberta Family Youth Alliance (AJFAS).

A partnership between the UniTheatre and the Alberta Family Youth Alliance (AJFAS) was concluded today around the UniTheatre’s “Children’s Play” activity, during some morning performances of the season 2019-2020.
Parents sometimes want to attend shows but often have a guarding challenge.
Following the success of the initiative in 2018-2019, UniThéâtre is keen to continue the activity of the children’s game offered the following Saturdays from 13:00 for the duration of the shows (until about 15:30 at the latest, dependent of
the duration of the show):
◊ Saturday 19th October 2019
◊ Saturday, November 23, 2019
◊ Saturday, February 22, 2020
◊ Saturday 4 April 2020
The children’s game will be supervised by two animators and targets children from 3 to 10 years old. The benefits for parents:
◊ Tickets for morning shows are 2-for-1. Parents can attend the play as a couple and will only have to pay the price of a single ticket. They will have the chance to involve their child (ren) in an entertaining activity with other children.
◊ Francophone or unilingual Anglophone parents will be able to benefit from English surtitles during shows to help them understand the play and learn French.
