As you know, the situation around COVID-19 (coronavirus) continues to evolve and the World Health Organization has declared the epidemic a pandemic. The Alliance Jeunesse-Famille de l’Alberta Society (AJFAS) is closely monitoring the situation.
We want to assure you that the health, safety, and well-being of children and everyone involved in our programs and activities is our top priority.
We are also closely following the recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Canada and provincial government institutions. And in light of the current situation which is not reassuring, we regret to announce our decision to postpone sine die our 2020 Canada Youth Exchange Program.
As for the next program, we will keep you informed in due time.
