For our project “Together, Let’s Make a Difference” (ENFAD), we are seeking artists, artisans, and individuals from Francophone communities of African descent in the Greater Edmonton area who are active in the arts and culture sector.

This project aims to:

• Encourage the participation and engagement of members of Francophone communities of African descent in consultations on combating racism and promoting racial equity, diversity, and inclusion in the artistic and cultural fields.

• Develop employment policies and strategies based on the principles of equity, justice, and inclusion.

• Promote the sharing of expertise and experiences within the community to strengthen collaboration and solidarity.

Together, we will work to create a framework of inclusive practices that fosters the participation, recognition, and appreciation of Francophone people of African descent in the arts and culture sector.
